Rooms are ready at 14:00 on the day of your arrival. In case you arrive after 19:00, we would appreciate being informed beforehand by telephone or email. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00.

• Local tax: € 3,20 per person and night
• Short-stay surcharge for up to 4 nights: € 10.00 to € 15.00 per person and night
• Stay over New Year’s Eve: € 12.00 per person and night in case you stay less than 9 nights
• New Year’s Eve: € 30.00 per person
• Underground car park: € 10.00 per day in winter and € 5.00 in summer
• Overnight stay with breakfast: For overnight stays with breakfast, you are entitled to discounts of € 15.00 per person and night in winter and € 8.00 per person and night in summer.

With additional bed in the parents’ room, including gourmet half-board:

• 0 – 3 years: accommodation is free (maximum of 1 child per room; for 2 children younger than 3 in one extra room, we charge you € 30.00 for the 2nd child per night)
• 4 – 7 years: 50 % discount
• 8 – 14 years: 30 % discount

2 children up to 14 in a separate room (“Grand Lit”) receive a 30 % discount off the price per night charged for a double room “Romantik”. In the apartment “Silvretta”, the childrens’ discount is based on the price per night for the double room “Romantik”. During Ski Start and Ski January, we charge the following prices for children in an additional bed in the parents’ room:

• 4 – 7 years: € 30,00 per child per night
• 8 – 14 years: 50 % discount

with additional bed in the parents’ room, including gourmet half-board:

• 0 - 4 years: (max. 1 child free of charge per room, when occupying a room with 2 children up to 3 years we charge € 30,00/night for the 2nd child)
• 5 - 10 years: 50% reduction
• 11 - 14 years: 30% reduction

We are happy to offer you the opportunity to purchase your ski pass from us the day before or even earlier.

• Reservations and cancellations must be made in written form, i.e. per fax, email or mail.
• We will confirm your booking once we have received your deposit of 20 % of the total amount. Please make your deposit per transfer to our bank account: bank: Volksbank Tirol AG IBAN: AT11 4239 0030 0000 9331 BIC: VBOE AT W WINN
• In case of cancellation, deposits will be held as cancellation fees, unless your booking has been cancelled within the allowed time frame. If arriving late or leaving early, we charge you the full room price (excluding board). The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (= österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply here. We recommend you taking out travel insurance.
